Refund Policy for Zodcom

1. Overview
At Zocdom, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer personalized digital marketing and web management services, and due to the nature of these digital services, specific policies apply regarding refunds and cancellations.

2. Refunds
Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not yet commenced.
  • If you cancel the service within 30 days of purchase and no work has been done.
  • If we are unable to deliver the service as outlined in the service agreement and a refund is approved by our management.

Refund requests must be made in writing via email to uspldj@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

3. Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice to uspldj@gmail.com. If work has already begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined based on the progress of the project as detailed in your service agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

  • Ad campaigns that have already been launched or paid for, as advertising platforms may not offer refunds.
  • Completed website builds or significant progress on website projects.
  • Any consultations or strategy sessions that have already been provided.
